In this role, we want you to:
- Prepare and execute marketing and growth campaigns on social media, tailoring strategy and messaging to each individual channel
- Develop a network of core protocol supporters in the DeFi and staking space, focusing mostly on X
- Create and follow a content calendar for SEO and blog, contributing content and ideas for improving traffic
- Monitor, analyse, and act upon insights from community and protocol growth trends and audiences
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on communicating about new features, updates, partnerships, and metrics
What we’re looking for:
- At least 3 years of marketing experience at a start-up
- Practical knowledge of crypto marketing strategies and social media management
- Knowledge and experience working with CRM systems and monitoring / analytics tools
- Demonstrated experience executing campaigns against targets and growing community metrics
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
Bonus points for:
- Strong understanding of the staking and DeFi landscape on Ethereum
- Passion for utilizing new tools and adopting new marketing practices
- Experience with writing video scripts and tasks and working with external collaborators
- English as a native language
