Job Description:
1. Participate in the full process of project development, including requirement analysis, design review, formulation of test plans, and risk identification.
2. Responsible for quality assurance work for all company product systems, including functional testing, interface testing, automation, and performance testing for PC, mobile, and machine terminals.
3. Participate in product requirement reviews, formulate test strategies, design multidimensional, high-coverage test cases, flexibly use different testing methods or tools, continuously improve product quality, enhance testing efficiency, and deliver quality.
4. Interface with development and product teams, provide feedback on functional design defects and issues, and track and drive timely solutions to issues encountered during testing.
5. Collect issues encountered in operations and on-site operations, conduct system testing, and provide feedback to relevant departments.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years or more of software testing experience, including independent functional, interface, automation, and performance testing; familiarity with Apps and mini-programs is preferred.
2. Proficient in software testing, with strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, organizing and executing testing tasks, improving testing methods and tools, and promoting the team's professional level.
3. Continuously optimize testing automation frameworks, create stable, efficient, and scalable automation test suites, and familiar with agile development processes.
4. Proficient in interface testing tools (PostMan, Jmeter), skilled in databases (Oracle, MySQL), familiar with one or more of Java, Python, Shell, with performance testing experience, and good system debugging and issue troubleshooting abilities.
5. Understanding of computer networks, familiarity with Linux, extensive experience in testing Apps and mini-programs, proficient in common Android and iOS development tools.
6. Strong ability to handle pressure, communication skills, understanding of teamwork, and strong self-learning abilities.
7. Singapore nationality or PR holder (Mandarin speaking is required)
