Senior Product Manager

We are looking for candidates who are team-oriented and who treat each other with kindness and respect. This position is a remote position, and we’re looking for the best candidate to join our team regardless of location (though currently we are only able to hire candidates residing in the United States). The ideal Senior Product Manager candidate has the breadth and depth of experience in this position to work independently as an individual contributor.

Physical Demands

• Position may be required to sit or stand at a desk/computer for several hours and/or attend occasional offsite events/happenings.

Work Environment

• Art Blocks, Inc. is an entirely remote work environment. You will work from your home/remotely from wherever you are most comfortable. Occasionally, you may be required or asked to attend in-person functions/offsite events where all travel and accommodations are covered as a company expense.

Position Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, preferably in a technology or business-related field
• Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction
• Experience building web3 applications
• 5+ years of Technical Product Management experience
• Track record of building exceptional products from from concept to launch
• Experience collecting both internal and external customer feedback and requests, and prioritizing roadmaps to optimize results
• Ability to think strategically and with a bias for action, can break down complex problems into concrete steps that drive product development
• Strong product discovery, research, and validation skills
• Experience driving business impact through cross-functional leadership
• Understanding of cryptocurrency networks and the core tenets of Web3 internet platforms
• Passion for generative art, digital ownership, or the benefits of decentralization–ideally all of the above!

Expectations and Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with partners across engineering, design, and business leadership to define and execute our product vision and strategy
• Leverage your technical expertise to identify setbacks and roadblocks within a project and generate solutions for resolving them quickly while incorporating feedback from users and engineers
• Co-develop and implement scalable, flexible processes for planning, road mapping, and implementing new product initiatives
• Engage closely with the engineering and design teams to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable implementation schedule
• Define, monitor, and analyze product metrics, and feed learnings back into the development process
• Clearly communicate product plans, trade offs, and results to a wide range of audiences and make recommendations 
• Execute effectively in a fast-paced, fluid startup environment
