Concordium is seeking a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to manage the creation of social media strategies, and the planning and execution of successful social media and influencer campaigns. Ultimately, you should be able to increase brand awareness and audience engagement across a range of social platforms, and be able to report on the effectiveness of your activity. You will have excellent multitasking skills, a creative way of thinking, brand understanding, and be comfortable presenting ideas and results projects and partners that are building on Concordium. You’ll have previous experience in social media and influencer marketing and support the marketing team with running autonomously, where a content schedule is planned, detailed, but also structured to be flexible to add new announcements. You’ll need to be efficient in addressing trends in the market, coming up with content and posts that truly spark engagement, conversation, but also sell the vision that Concordium is the chain to migrate a trillion dollar economy from web2 to web3.
For every social media post or influencer campaign, you will analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of the activity so we can best see how our audience, and an influencer’s audience responded. You must also ensure that brand rules are maintained and create social media content and influencer campaigns are sync across our entire digital voice. You will be in charge of ensuring content is efficient by writing, proofreading, and editing content before being passed across different mediums and shared with social media and influencers.
We’re looking for someone extremely passionate about crypto, DeFi, and blockchain, to genuinely and authentically drive interest to our chain through the content and influencer campaigns you produce, fueling an ecosystem of thriving projects from the best developers in the community, and the biggest brands in the world. You will be working with the brand and commercial team to ensure Concordium is known as a leader in the space, demonstrating the enormous opportunity to become a first mover and build on our chain.
Your job will be to:
- Develop, execute and optimize social media content and influencer marketing campaigns for our own announcements, updates, and projects and partners of all sizes, by designing an end-to-end strategy for all social media channels, influencers we work with, commercial team, and our PR team.
Lead the execution of paid acquisition marketing programs to acquire quality grant applications for the grant program and external investment funds. - Execute rapid deployment of online campaigns based on the needs of each project or partner.
- Develop and manage ongoing testing to further optimize ad creatives, landing pages on the website, and targeting segmentation.
- Project manage creation of campaign landing pages, banners, and other digital marketing assets as needed.
- Assist with evaluating and implementing the right analytics platform for the business and lead and champion adoption across the organization to enable end-to-end tracking for marketing efforts to conversion.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Director and Digital Marketing Manager to go beyond reporting in order to evaluate conversion funnel effectiveness.
- Assist the data team with full systems integration such as Google Analytics and work with our SEO manager to ensure we're performing on niche keywords and phrases around DeFi, blockchain, crypto, and more.
We are looking for:
- Experienced in designing campaigns at a creative agency or studio level.
- Someone from the crypto/blockchain space with a proven track record of working with projects.
- Someone with a solid understanding of the crypto industry, terminology, and culture.
- Individuals that have successfully and authentically created campaigns that drove awareness for anything in DeFi, layer ones, NFTs, ICOs, and more.
