Overview:
We are looking for a Social Media Manager with a strong understanding of Web3 and DeFi ecosystems 🌐💹. You will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy across platforms like Twitter (X) 🐦, Farcaster 🔮, Lens 🌿, Telegram 📱 and Discord 💬. The role involves creating and scheduling content, monitoring performance, and engaging with the community to build and maintain a strong online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management 📱: Handle daily posting, scheduling, and content distribution across Twitter (X), Farcaster, Lens, Discord and Telegram.
- Content Creation 🎨: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging posts (memes, videos, threads) that resonate with the DeFi community.
- Community Engagement 🤝: Actively respond to comments, participate in conversations, and foster engagement with our audience.
- Performance Tracking 📊: Use social media tools to monitor and analyze metrics such as engagement, follower growth, and campaign performance.
- Campaign Coordination 🎯: Work with the marketing team to coordinate social media campaigns, including influencer (KOL) outreach and paid promotions.
- Platform Growth 📈: Drive efforts to increase reach and followers on all social platforms, focusing on Web3 audiences, with the objective of capturing TVL.
Required Skills:
- Experience managing social media accounts in Web3 or DeFi 🌐
- Strong understanding of crypto and decentralized finance communities 💡
- Proficient with social media tools (e.g., Sprout Social) 🛠️
- Creative and resourceful with strong writing skills for social media posts ✍️
- Ability to track and report on social media metrics 📈
Preferred Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management 🗓️
- Familiarity with DeFi protocols and communities 🏦
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to community engagement 🗣️
