Staking Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Deeply engage with communities and KOLs to optimize our products and build the Binance Simple Earn brand. 
• A primary point of contact for pipeline & portfolio of major clients (institutional/VIP clients).
• Proactively source and identify new institutional customers to onboard as well as corporate partnerships for POS Staking, ETH 2.0, and Loan business.
• Drive business growth through partnerships and strategic agreements to increase market penetration, user acquisition, revenue, and other relevant metrics.
• Increase operational efficiency throughout the business development organization;
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders across different teams and geographies.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and interest in the world of cryptocurrency is a must
• 3+ years experience in BD and communities engagement and building;
• Client portfolio including KOLs, communities, institutional clients, miners, etc.
• Effective communicator able to represent Binance to external stakeholders and liaise with internal teams such as VIP, Marketing, Legal, compliance, AML, etc.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering on growth metrics, such as TVL and Loan volume growth, community and social channel feedback, client conversations, etc.
