🧑💻 What You'll Do
- Architecture & Design — Lead the design and implementation of core protocol components, from initial prototypes to production-grade deployment.
- Protocol Development — Develop and optimize data structures, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic implementations (e.g., zero-knowledge proofs).
- Security & Verification — Identify attack vectors, failure modes, and performance bottlenecks; apply formal verification or simulation to validate designs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration — Partner with researchers, product managers, and security teams to translate roadmaps into precise technical specifications.
- Mentorship & Quality — Drive code quality through design reviews, documentation, and technical leadership; mentor junior engineers.
🔍 Who We're Looking For
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in systems-level languages used in blockchain (Rust, Go) and smart contract languages (Solidity).
- Demonstrated track record of open-source contributions in the Web3 ecosystem.
Domain Knowledge
- Strong background in distributed systems, peer-to-peer networking, and modern blockchain primitives (rollup technologies, account abstraction).
- Up-to-date with rapidly evolving standards such as Ethereum upgrades and inter-blockchain communication protocols.
Problem-Solving
- Proven ability to debug complex issues across network and application layers.
- Experience making high-level architectural tradeoffs across performance, scalability, and security.
Communication
- Ability to document system improvements and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, and Korean proficiency would be a plus.
