Learn more at anchorage.com, on X @Anchorage, and on LinkedIn. We are seeking a senior product marketing leader to own market strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution for our stablecoin infrastructure and cross-border payment offerings. This is a highly strategic role responsible for shaping category narrative, enabling revenue growth, and positioning Anchorage Digital as the trusted institutional partner for stablecoin infrastructure.We think about growth and career development differently at Anchorage Digital. You will be coached, mentored and guided to grow your capabilities in 4 major areas:

Technical Skills:

• Drive positioning and GTM strategy for stablecoin issuance and correspondent banking, translating complex infrastructure into clear institutional value.
• Build scalable messaging, enablement, and competitive frameworks that equip teams to consistently articulate differentiation and win in market.

Complexity and Impact of Work:

• Lead strategy and execution across cross-functional initiatives, influencing product direction and delivering revenue impact.
• Manage ambiguity and competing priorities across launches, partnerships, and deals while aligning customer needs and business outcomes.

Organizational Knowledge:

• Collaborate across business line leads, product and sales teams to build product narratives and integrate stablecoin offerings into platform strategy.
• Deliver market-facing materials grounded in deep understanding of Anchorage’s institutional positioning, regulatory posture, and product ecosystem.

Communication and Influence:

• Listen to customers, sales, and market signals to surface insights that shape strategy, messaging, and roadmap input.
• Contribute clear, authoritative perspectives that influence stakeholders, guide decision-making, and strengthen Anchorage’s market leadership.

You may be a fit for this role if you have:

• A track record of shaping positioning and go-to-market for complex financial or crypto infrastructure, translating technical and regulatory depth into market leadership.
• Proven ability to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives, influence product and revenue strategy, and drive outcomes in start-up or high growth environments.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder alignment skills, with the judgment and presence to partner across product, sales, compliance, and leadership.
