Web3 Manager Project Manager Jobs

Project Manager / Delivery Lead

Growthy | Marketing

We enjoy working with ambitious crypto founders. People who care about what they’re building, have big plans & want a growth team that gets behind them.

We’re hiring a Project Manager / Delivery Lead to own client relationships & delivery, working directly with our CEO & team.

Growthy is built around community, connections & capital. Our team has built a network spanning 8,400+ companies & 5,500+ decision-makers. We use GrowthyDB, our own intelligence platform, to connect our partners with the people who can fund their next stage, build alongside them & bring their project to new audiences.

Some founders come to us ready to raise. Others need the right partners, a bigger audience or more activity around their token. We bring partners & investors to the table, source private capital through VCs & run campaigns built around goals: expanding reach, growing holder numbers, increasing trading volume & building market cap.

A few numbers behind the work:

• $150M+ in capital sourced
• 1,000+ X Spaces delivered
• 2,500+ speakers hosted
• 1M+ live listeners reached
• 86M+ X impressions delivered last month!

What you’ll do

• Build client relationships through calls, daily updates, feedback & clear expectations.
• Own onboarding, covering goals, KPIs, scope, timelines & access.
• Run delivery with clear briefs, owners & deadlines while balancing team workloads.
• Check quality, review results & resolve blockers before they affect delivery.
• Keep Notion plans, calendars, tasks, notes & reporting current.
• Test new ideas & apply what we learn to improve campaigns.
• Track progress against baselines & KPIs, explain changes & set priorities.
• Build case studies covering strategy, delivery, measurable results & evidence.

You must be comfortable planning, writing & reviewing content for LinkedIn & X, writing marketing strategies & running community engagement campaigns. You’ll also coordinate X Spaces, build relationships with partners & manage creator/KOL campaigns, working with the team to turn plans into results.

What success looks like

Clients who trust us, a team that knows its priorities & more case studies we’re proud to share: where the client started, what we did & what changed.

Who you are

You lead by example, build relationships naturally & deliver what you’ve promised. You’re organised, notice the details & know when a friendly nudge is needed.

You’re comfortable managing several accounts, having honest conversations & taking responsibility when something goes wrong. You care about the client’s business & the people doing the work.

Marketing agency experience is highly valued. Experience delivering crypto/Web3 marketing services is a strong advantage.

Why Growthy?

You’ll work directly with the team, shape client delivery & have room to put your ideas into practice.
