Who You Are:You are a data-driven, multi-channel digital marketing enthusiast who is passionate about the digital economy, fintech, and/or innovation. You are forward-thinking and know how to implement engaging campaigns, customer journeys, and automation workflows. You understand how inbound marketing integrates into the sales funnel and how to best convert and qualify leads. You have experience with best practices and trends in pay-per-click ads and search engine optimization while being able to analyze data and optimize campaigns to drive marketing growth and sales success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Use your extensive knowledge of CRM configuration (ideally Hubspot) and technical capabilities to build marketing campaigns, workflows, and reporting
  • Ideate and execute email campaigns, user journeys, and inbound workflows to create delightful user experiences
  • Plan and execute an effective SEO strategy that increases targeted and organic traffic to our websites and online content
  • Develop paid search, display, and re-marketing campaigns that support lead generation goals and maximize ROI
  • Continually optimize PPC campaigns by updating keywords, ads, and landing pages, while improving website performance and security
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reports with analysis of KPIs
  • Collaborate with our Salesforce admin and other team members to maintain data integrity, security, and best practices to build a CRM that is a reliable source of marketing data for the business
  • Prepare annual digital marketing budget and manage expenses

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Email and paid marketing campaign management experience including development, execution, and measurement
  • Experienced with Google Ads and Google Analytics (i.e. GA4)
  • Proficiency with PPC optimization tools and marketing automation platforms
  • Experience with HTML, PHP, CSS and related industry standards
  • High level of expertise on the HubSpot platform (sales, service, marketing)
  • Advanced Hubspot Sales and Marketing Admin Capabilities
  • Experience with the Hubspot/Salesforce Integration
  • Highly organized and collaborative. Enjoys working with cross-functional teams and agencies, including the ability to manage external contributors
  • Excellent time management and project prioritization skills
  • You can translate rough business requirements to technical specifications

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with AI tools and trends for digital marketing
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies
  • Copywriting “to channel” and “to persona” capability
  • Familiarity with JSON, JavaScript, and relational databases
  • Familiarity with HubSpot’s API
