Fundraising & Investor Relations

We are seeking a highly motivated and connected Fundraising and Investor Relations Manager to join our DeFi Company.  

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in securing funding and fostering relationships with (VCs) and investment funds. 

Company has already raised investments from TOP VCs (Gnosis – lead investor) and well known angels (1inch, GotBit, HODL) and plans to raise one more new round in the nearest time. 

Join a multinational TOP talents team (winners of global Hackathons and ETH Global Paris finalists) based in Dubai. 

Responsibilities:

- Fundraising Strategy: Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to attract venture capital and institutional investment.

- Networking: Utilize existing network and build new relationships with VCs, angel investors, and institutional funds to secure investments.

- Pitching and Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitches to potential investors, articulating the company's vision, business model, and growth potential.

- Investor Relations: Maintain ongoing communication with current and potential investors, providing regular updates and ensuring transparency.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new fundraising opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the executive team to align fundraising efforts with the company's strategic goals.

- Documentation: Oversee the preparation of necessary documentation, including business plans, financial projections, and legal agreements.

Requirements:

- Experience: Proven track record in fundraising, preferably within the technology or cryptocurrency sector.

- Network: Established relationships with VCs, angel investors, and institutional funds.

- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of market dynamics and investment trends.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.

- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency industry and its regulatory environment.

- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Ethics: High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
