Job description

As the Head of Marketing at Raiinmaker, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, driving market awareness, and accelerating our growth trajectory. You will lead a dynamic team of marketing professionals, collaborating cross-functionally to develop and execute strategic initiatives that resonate with our target audience and differentiate Raiinmaker in the competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Raiinmaker's business objectives and market dynamics. Continuously assess and refine strategies to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
  • Brand Management: Cultivate and maintain Raiinmaker's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints. Develop brand guidelines and oversee brand-related initiatives to enhance brand equity and recognition.
  • Content Strategy: Lead the development of compelling content across various formats and channels, including website, blog, social media, email, and more. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, display advertising, and social media marketing. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, increase conversion rates, and drive user engagement.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant and engaged community around Raiinmaker's products and services. Develop and implement community-building initiatives, such as online forums, meetups, and educational events, to foster meaningful connections and advocacy.
  • Public Relations: Drive Raiinmaker's public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and thought leadership initiatives. Cultivate relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders to amplify Raiinmaker's visibility and thought leadership.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the tech industry or related field.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and technology.
  • Experience in Web3 or blockchain technology is a plus.
