Influencer Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Influencer Manager with knowledge of the Web3 influencer space to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for driving community growth through influencer amplification efforts for our clients. Collaborating with our team of talented marketers, designers, and developers, you will craft engaging campaigns that connect our clients with their target audiences.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify key influencers within key crypto verticals: Defi, NFT, gaming, L1, L2, etc.
• Build a strong personal relationship with influencers, and negotiate deals.
• Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns in key markets that drive KPI growth, TVL, MAUs, adoption and user base for our Web3 clients.
• Build and manage your own pipeline to ensure the set objectives are met.
• Draft high-quality updates and reports for clients (incl: CPV, reach, views, comment sentiment, bot traffic, conversion rate etc.).
• Develop creative messaging briefs for clients as well as influencers to ensure tone of voice is on point, the right message is conveyed, and both parties are happy.
• Quickly identify influencer trends in the Web3 space and capitalise on them.
• Be proactive and find ways to test campaigns with on new channels or with new formats for increased engagement/impact.
• Manage analytical tools to assess campaign performance (ROI).
• Be a hustler and ensure all campaigns are successful – both the influencers and clients are happy – it’s metrics-driven and goal-oriented.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Web3 marketing, with a focus on community growth, marketing funnels and/or influencer outreach.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Keen attention to detail and budget management.
• Passion for Web3 technology and a deep understanding of the decentralized ecosystem.
• Great planner - You have experience with project management software (Clickup, Asana or Monday.com & Slack).
• A plus - you have a network of Web3 influencer of your own.
• A plus - you understand and have experience with the UK’s FCA regulations around the promotion of cryptocurrencies.
