The Role
We are currently looking for a Head of People to be responsible for leading and optimizing the company’s global people strategy, culture, and organizational development. This leader will own the full spectrum of People functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and total rewards, performance management, and people operations, ensuring that Plasma continues to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent as we scale.
What you will do
Lead Talent Acquisition & Workforce Growth. Collaborate with Plasma's People Ops team to own end-to-end hiring, from sourcing to offer, ensuring structured interviews and a world-class candidate experience. Partner with leadership to forecast headcount and build scalable recruiting systems.
Drive Performance, Development & Culture Programs. Implement performance review cycles, feedback mechanisms, and promotion pathways. Partner with leaders to embed Plasma’s values into daily work, rituals, and recognition, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous learning.
Optimize People Systems & Analytics. Manage HR technology (ATS, HRIS, comp tools) and ensure data integration across platforms. Develop people analytics dashboards to inform leadership decisions on hiring, retention, and engagement.
Who you are
6-8+ years of experience in People/HR leadership within high-growth tech, fintech, or crypto environments, with a track record of scaling from startup to maturity.
Deep understanding of total rewards systems, including equity and token structures, with comfort managing global benchmarks.
Highly fluent with data, modeling, and HR systems; able to synthesize insights into strategy.
Experienced in building and leading international people programs, including employment compliance, benefits, and EOR arrangement (e.g., Deel).
Exceptional communicator who builds trust across teams and designs processes from the ground up.
