About the role

We’re looking for a smart, highly organized recruiter to help us find more talented people for our team.

Your main focus will be sourcing talent, making initial assessments, and scheduling interviews with our team.

You’ll recruit across the roles we need for Ihsan Connect and Ihsan Pay, with a particular focus on developers and engineers. Our leadership team will make the final hiring decisions.

You’ll also support us with research and general assistant tasks.

What you’ll do

• Find and approach strong candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, job platforms, professional communities, and other relevant channels.
• Review candidates’ experience, portfolios, and previous work to assess their initial fit.
• Conduct initial screening conversations to understand candidates’ skills, communication, motivation, and availability.
• Prepare clear candidate summaries and explain why someone could be a good fit.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication and follow-ups.
• Keep our recruiting pipeline organized and up to date.
• Work closely with our team to understand hiring priorities and refine searches.
• Use AI tools to support research, outreach, and recruiting workflows while checking the quality and accuracy of the output.
• Assist with general research and other organizational tasks as needed.

What we’re looking for

• Previous recruiting or talent-sourcing experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through.
• The ability to learn quickly and understand unfamiliar roles and technical concepts.
• Good judgment when assessing candidates beyond job titles and keywords.
• Confidence reaching out to people and conducting professional screening calls.
• An independent, proactive approach: you take ownership and keep things moving.
• An interest in Ihsan’s mission and the products we’re building.

Especially valuable

• Experience recruiting developers and engineers.
• Familiarity with fintech, payments, messaging apps, or stablecoin products.
• Experience using AI tools for recruiting.
