As a Partner Development Coordinator, you'll be one of the first points of contact for partners and prospective customers exploring Circle's products. Your job is to triage inbound interest, respond quickly, and make sure every lead is properly tracked and routed to the right next step. Monitor and manage the inbound lead queue, responding to new leads within the team's SLA. Conduct initial outreach and gather basic information to support lead qualification and routing. Use CRM and AI-enabled tools to manage follow-up, prioritization, and prospect engagement. Assist with qualified partner onboarding and activation tasks as needed.
