Role Overview

As a UX Designer at SyncVault, you will play a pivotal role in designing intuitive, user-centric experiences for our Web2.5 platform. You’ll conduct market research, create persona-led designs, and craft seamless user journeys both between and within the landing pages and our app. With a deep understanding of the social media landscape,

you will be able to simplify complex workflows and bring clarity to product features that will drive user engagement, retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research & Market Analysis: Conduct research on market trends and desired features in Web2 and Web3 environments to inform design decisions.
• Persona-Led Design: Develop user personas, sitemaps, and wireframes that reflect the needs and behaviors of our diverse user base (artists, creators, brands, MCN’s and fans).
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes in Figma to visualize user flows and interactions.
• Simplify Complexity: Design intuitive interfaces that guide users seamlessly through Web2 and Web3 features, including blockchain-based functionalities.
• Product Clarity: Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate complex features into clear, user-friendly experiences.
• User Journey Optimization: Design and optimize landing pages that effectively funnel users to the SyncVault app, ensuring a cohesive ecosystem experience.
• Cross-Platform Consistency: Ensure a consistent and engaging UX across landing pages and app, balancing innovation with usability.
• Feedback Integration: Gather and incorporate user feedback to iterate and improve designs, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.

Key Skills and Requirements:

·      Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing Web2 and Web3 projects.

·      Strong proficiency in Figma for creating sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes.

·      Experience conducting market research and translating insights into actionable design solutions.

·      Familiarity with Web3 concepts (e.g., blockchain, wallets, decentralized platforms) and their UX implications.

·      Ability to create persona-led designs that address diverse user needs.

·      Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

·      Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for simplifying complex systems.

·      [Optional] Knowledge of the music industry or promotion platforms is a plus.

Nice To Haves:

·      Deep understanding of the social media landscape, complemented by familiarity with gaming aesthetics and a passion for music, including how artists leverage social platforms for promotion and fan engagement.

·      Experience with Web3 UX tools or frameworks (e.g., designing for wallet integrations or token-based interactions).

·      Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
