Job Overview:Zoop is looking for a passionate and innovative Game Design & Game Theory Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for an individual with deep expertise in NFTs, crypto, and tokenomics, who thrives in the evolving landscape of blockchain and decentralized technologies. As part of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing token economies that drive engagement and value within our blockchain-based, gamified ecosystem. Your role will involve analyzing data, forecasting the evolution of complex systems, and creating sustainable, engaging token models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business strategists, ensuring that our token economies are technically sound, align with business objectives, and create a rewarding user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine tokenomics models to enhance token utility, scarcity, and value proposition.
- Create economic models to simulate and forecast token behavior under various scenarios.
- Design governance frameworks and incentive structures to foster community engagement and participation.
- Strategize token distribution plans considering factors such as token sale mechanisms, vesting schedules, and community allocations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to tokenomics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on the company’s platform and the evolving web3 landscape.
- Identify data-driven strategies to enhance points game quality and user engagement.Â
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in building digital games.
- Proven experience in tokenomics, cryptocurrency, or blockchain-related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts
- Experience with economic modeling tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in blockchain/web3 is preferred.
- Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
