Remote Web3 Public Relations Jobs

CoinFunnel is looking for a results-driven Crypto PR Business Development Executive to help us identify, approach, and close new clients across the cryptocurrency and Web3 industry.

We work with a large network of established crypto, financial, and mainstream publishers, offering press release placements, sponsored articles, and custom media packages for crypto projects, agencies, exchanges, presales, and Web3 companies.

This is a sales-focused role. You will be responsible for finding qualified prospects, starting conversations, following up consistently, recommending suitable PR options, and converting interested leads into paying clients.

Ideal Experience

• Previous experience in one or more of the following areas is strongly preferred:
• Crypto or Web3 business development
• Cold outreach and appointment setting
• Media, PR, advertising, or digital-marketing sales
• Selling sponsored articles, press releases, influencer campaigns, listings, or marketing services
• Telegram, X, Discord, LinkedIn, or email-based outreach
• Closing clients remotely through chat or calls
• Working with crypto founders, marketing agencies, market makers, launchpads, exchanges, or token projects
• Candidates who have previously sourced and closed their own clients will be prioritised.

What We Do Not Want

• Applicants who only send generic copy-and-paste messages
• Applicants focused only on the number of DMs sent
• Fake leads, unqualified scraped lists, or spam-based activity
• Candidates who require constant supervision
• People with no interest in learning the crypto PR market
• Applicants who cannot provide examples of previous sales or outreach work

Quality, relevance, follow-up, and closed business matter more than raw message volume.

Compensation

• $300 monthly base salary
• 20% commission on collected gross profit from the first order of each client personally sourced and closed
• 10% commission on collected gross profit from repeat orders for six months
• Uncapped earning potential
• Additional performance bonuses for strong monthly results and recurring clients
• Base salary review after the initial 60–90 day performance period

Commission is paid only on completed and paid orders.

Publisher costs, refunds, chargebacks, discounts, taxes, and payment-processing fees are excluded from gross profit calculations.

Existing CoinFunnel clients, inbound leads, and prospects already recorded in the company database do not qualify for new-client commission unless assigned in advance.

Performance Expectations

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Build a consistent pipeline of qualified crypto and Web3 prospects
• Conduct personalised outreach every working day
• Follow up with interested and undecided prospects
• Generate genuine sales conversations
• Send relevant proposals and publisher recommendations
• Close new clients and develop repeat accounts
• Maintain accurate records of all outreach and results
• Report weekly on leads, replies, proposals, closed orders, revenue, and gross profit

Performance will be measured by the quality of leads, positive responses, proposals sent, clients closed, collected gross profit, and repeat business.
