We are looking for a React Native developer interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><ul><li>Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.</li><li>Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.</li><li>Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.</li><li>Reach out to the open source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves fast and often breaks things.</li><li>Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.</li><li>Transition existing React web apps to React Native.</li></ul></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><ul><li>Working Knowledge In React Native</li><li>Firm grasp of the JavaScript,TypeScript language, and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax</li><li>Knowledge of object-oriented programming</li><li>Ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code</li><li>Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts</li><li>Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio, IntelliJ</li><li>Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage</li></ul></ul>

YOUR ROLE:
You will use your talents in software development, application architecture, design thinking and problem solving to help create rapid prototypes and enable the rapid acceleration of ideas. You have outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client projects and build or be part of a high performing engineering team that consistently exceeds expectations. You will also work closely with project teams and business stakeholders and provide technical expertise that enables innovation.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Provide full stack expertise to the engineering team and establish best practices on code quality and processes.</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver great products.</li>
<li>Build confidence in our project delivery through automation, continuous integration and delivery, monitoring, and analytics.</li>
<li>Provide timely and constructive feedbacks on architecture designs, code qualities and best practices to the engineering team.</li>
</ul>
WHO YOU ARE:
<ul>
<li>You are a creative individual with deep technological expertise, business acumen and software development background. You must be able to communicate well with both internal and external parties with a good sense of idealism and pragmatism.</li>
<li>You are endlessly curious, a self-starter and able to quickly grasp and understand a wide variety of software environments and solution.</li>
<li>You are interested in designing scalable, reliable, and secure software using a combination of different languages, frameworks, libraries, and technical environment.</li>
<li>You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Full stack development with 3 years of experience in client management for senior consultant. We prefer ReactJS for Frontend development and NodeJS/Java/Python/PHP/.NET for Backend development.</li>
<li>You like to work in all phases of a rapid product development lifecycle: You are familiar with Agile Methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and interested in learning more about Design Thinking, Lean Start-up, TDD, BDD, or XP.</li>
</ul>
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following are preferred:

<li>Cloud Computing</li>
<li>Event Streaming (Kafka, etc...)</li>
<li>Rule Engines (IBM ODM, Drools, Camunda etc...)</li>
<li>Robotic Process Automation</li>
<li>Web3 (Metaverse, Blockchain, etc...)</li>
<li>Mobile (IOS, Android, Flutter, React Native, KMM)</li>
<li>Java SpringBoot</li>
</ul>
