Role Overview
SyncVault is seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant with a passion for Web3 technologies to support our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with experience in content creation, social media management, CRM/CMS systems, a strong understanding of Web3 marketing strategies (including growth hacking, advertising, and SEO), and proven experience in community management.
A strong understanding of data security, privacy, and decentralizedtechnologies is crucial. Experience in the esports or B2B SaaS space is asignificant plus. Fast-track prospects for
career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Develop engaging content that highlights SyncVault's value proposition for secure data sharing and collaboration within the Web3 ecosystem. This includes blog posts, articles, case studies, white papers, social media updates, email newsletters, website copy, and technical documentation support. Content should target developers, businesses, and Web3 enthusiasts.
Social Media Management: Manage social media channels, focusing on building brand
awareness and engagement within the Web3 community. Content should emphasize
SyncVault's unique features and benefits.
CRM/CMS Management: Assist with managing and updating our CRM (e.g., HubSpot,
Salesforce) and CMS (e.g., WordPress) systems. Focus on segmenting audiences
and tracking engagement with technical content.
Web3 Marketing Support: Contribute to the execution of Web3 marketing campaigns,
emphasizing SyncVault's role in secure data infrastructure;
o Growth Hacking: Develop and implement growth strategies targeted at developers and businesses seeking secure data solutions.
o Advertising: Assist with planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on relevant platforms (e.g., social media, developer communities, crypto ad networks).
o SEO: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and build backlinks, focusing on relevant technical keywords related to data security, Web3 infrastructure, and decentralized technologies.
Community Management:
o Develop and implement community engagement strategies focused on developers and technical
users.
o Manage and moderate online communities on platforms like Discord, Telegram, and developer
forums.
o Respond to community inquiries and feedback, particularly regarding technical aspects of
SyncVault.
o Organize community events, hackathons, and developer workshops.
o Identify and nurture community advocates and technical contributors.
Telegram/Discord Expertise: Proficient in using Telegram and Discord for community
engagement, technical discussions, announcements, and moderation. Experience
with bots and other management tools is a plus.
Team Coordination: Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and
coordinating with other team members, including technical teams.
Reporting & Analytics: Track marketing campaign performance, analyze data, and generate
reports to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement. Focus on metrics
relevant to developer engagement and adoption.
Research & Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on the latest Web3 trends, particularly in data security, privacy, and
decentralized storage,
technologies, and marketing best practices.
Qualifications
· 4+ years of Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the Web3 or music space.
· Demonstrable experience in community management, preferably within the developer or
technical community.
· Prior experience of working with agencies and external contractors.
· Excellent writing and communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
· Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
· Familiarity with CRM and CMS systems .
· Solid understanding of Web3 concepts, including blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and NFTs.
· Experience with Web3 marketing strategies, including growth hacking, advertising, and SEO.
· Analytical skills and experience with data tracking and reporting.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Passion forthe Web3 space is a MUST.
Bonus Points:
· Experience in the gaming or creator / music industry.

· Familiarity with specific Web3 tools and platforms, especially those related to data SocialFi.
· Active participation in Web3 developer communities.
· Experience with community management tools and bots.
