Cake Group operates several business verticals, including its retail arm, Bake, which provides retail investors with easy access to DeFi services and applications. Additionally, the company has an institutional arm, Levain, offering institutions a secure gateway to DeFi, and a research and development wing, Birthday Research, focused on blockchain innovations. In December 2024, Cake Group was acquired by GS Technologies Ltd, a publicly listed company on the London Stock Exchange, integrating Cake's platform into GS Technologies' broader vision for secure and scalable digital finance.
