You'll be our voice across product, marketing, and community as we redefine how people engage with financial markets.

You toggle effortlessly between writing Bloomberg-worthy analysis and god-tier shitposts
Trading culture and memes are your native language – not something you research
The words "alpha" and “Rekt” appear naturally in your vocabulary
You understand both why people YOLO their savings into meme coins AND how to explain Options trading to newcomers
You leverage AI automation workflows for getting 10x output on your work
You can write copy that makes compliance officers nervous—but not nervous enough to stop you
You're self-motivated and thrive in fast-paced environments where you can shape strategy, not just execute on it
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO:
First 30 Days: Master the Basics
Create and publish social posts to boost our social engagement by 30%+
Refine our brand voice guide that balances WSB energy with financial credibility
Refine our launch campaign content that drives FOMO and excitement
Build our content calendar and identify immediate win opportunities
By 90 Days: Build the Engine
Launch coordinated content calendar across 5+ platforms where our audience actually lives
Implement A/B testing framework that continuously improves key messaging components
Produce content for our retention campaigns that increase user engagement metrics by 25%+
Establish cross-functional content request system with product and design teams
By 6 Months: Lead the Machine
Own Game7's entire content strategy across product, marketing, and community
Develop the playbook that balances edgy, meme-worthy content with regulatory compliance
Build and manage relationships with specialized content creators and agencies
Lead weekly content strategy meetings with cross-functional stakeholders
Create dashboards that prove content's direct impact on growth, retention, and revenue
