Role Overview:
As a Community Manager, you will lead our community engagement efforts, content creation, and strategy development. You'll collaborate across teams to enhance our brand presence, drive engagement, and foster meaningful connections with our audience.
Responsibilities:
- Community Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive community strategy aligned with company objectives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
- Content Creation: Create compelling and relevant content for various community platforms, including posts, videos, graphics, and stories, tailored to different audience segments.
- Community Engagement: Foster interactions with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, and cultivating a sense of community around our brand.
- Platform Management: Manage and maintain active profiles on key community platforms, including but not limited to Discord, Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute community campaigns, promotions, and events to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and support marketing initiatives.
- Analytics and Optimization: Monitor community metrics and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content and strategies for maximum impact.
- Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our community reach and engage with new audiences authentically.
- Brand Advocacy: Cultivate relationships with customers, advocates, and industry partners to turn them into brand ambassadors and advocates for our company.
- Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest blockchain trends, tools, and best practices, and integrate them into our strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience in crypto and blockchain required; AI experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in community management, preferably in the tech or blockchain industry.
- Strong understanding of community platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
