Who You Are:

We are looking for a highly motivated Quantitative Trader / Strategist to join our quantitative trading team in our Bahamas office. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on projects across the electronic / systematic trading business, and contribute to the research, design, build, and improvement of successful crypto trading strategies.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the trading risk of all systematic market making books during US time zones
• Collaborate with sales desk in growing the firm’s electronic franchise
• Improve existing and develop new automatic trading, hedging and risk holding strategies, and trade signals in cryptocurrency markets
• Develop, maintain, and improve the data environment to help research and trading, including simulation framework, trade signal evaluation tools etc.
• Analyze proprietary trade data and client flow data, build processes to optimize flow and PnL capture for client market making business
• Build and improve trading system components to monetize research findings and optimize PnL

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of FX and/or crypto client facing market making front office experience
• Degree in a technical or quantitative discipline, advanced degree preferred
• Strong analytical skills and experience with analyzing large data sets and machine learning
• Experience with FX and/or crypto market making and market micro-structure
• Proficiency with coding in one or more languages: Python and KDB/Q are required. Experience with Java is preferred
• Prior experience with Contract Market Making in Crypto is a big plus
