Noygear Studio is a US East Coast based venture studio building and scaling companies across multiple Web2 verticals and bridging them onto Web3 rails, including:
- commercial real estate (CRE)
- medical records and healthcare infrastructure
- education and upskilling
- internal operating systems and automation platforms
We do not operate on speculative tokens, exchanges or developer tools.
We care about:
- getting people housed
- improving access to healthcare and quality of care
- improving social mobility through education
You will be working on multiple companies simultaneously, not a single product. Some of what we build touches crypto infrastructure. All of it touches real lives, so if that matters to you, you’ll like this role.
The Role
We are hiring a pod of (total of 6) Founding Growth Lead / Marketing Automation Engineers.
Your pod will own top-of-funnel growth across multiple ventures from zero to scale.
This includes:
- testing demand before products are fully built
- figuring out what converts
- building acquisition channels
- automating what works
- experimentation across landing pages, funnels, pricing, and distribution channels
You will operate across:
- growth strategy
- funnels and conversion
- automation and tooling
- distribution and partnerships
This is a builder role, not a campaign role. Most of these will fail, a few will scale, and this role allows equity participation in the upside of those break-out winners.
What We’re Looking For
Strong candidates typically:
- have grown something (users, revenue, distribution)
- can show evidence of success, not just activity
- are comfortable running experiments without a playbook
- use tools and automation to move faster
- prefer building systems over executing tasks
Ideal candidates typically enjoy and are able to:
- own growth outcomes end-to-end
- move between strategy, execution, and automation
- operate independently in ambiguous environments
- think clearly and communicate decisions to product and engineering
Bonus for experience with:
- startups, venture studios, or early-stage products
- affiliate, incentive and partnership-based growth
- marketplaces or multi-sided platforms
- operating across multiple products or markets
- commercial real estate, healthcare, or education markets
- technical or data-driven marketing environments

Time

Economics
Performance-based, tied to output and impact, depends on experience, proof of work, and ownership level.
Indicative OTE (FTE):
- Builder / Fellow (0–3 yrs): ~$3k–$8k/month with performance bonuses
- Senior Operator (3–8 yrs): ~$10k–$20k/month with channel-based upside
- Principal / Growth Partner (8+ yrs or strong track record): $15k–$30k+/month with revenue share and company-level upside
High performers participate directly on the channels they build and earn equity/token upside in the companies they scale successfully.
