Who You Are: 

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support three executives from our Legal & Compliance team. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and other ad hoc office tasks. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have excellent time management skills, and be able to act with good judgement with minimal guidance. The ideal candidate is excited about contributing to the team’s success by solving problems, being collaborative and proactive, and demonstrating intellectual curiosity.  

What You’ll Do:

• Support 3 executives from our Legal & Compliance team 
• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
• Maintain calendars by screening for double bookings, proactively review itineraries, etc. 
• Set up meetings, working closely with other admins, both internally and externally 
• Log expenses when needed in Navan 
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements  
• Ad hoc projects 
  • Ex: printing materials for in-person meetings, assisting with catering orders, etc.  

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of administrative experience
• 3+ years of executive assistant experience supporting an executive
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Must be in New York and able to come into office 3+ days a week
• Extensive MS Office, Google Suite, and PPT knowledge
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High degree of discretion and confidentiality
• Bonus: industry knowledge of and interest in Cryptocurrency

The base salary ranges included below will be commensurate with candidate experience, expertise and local market. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise. At Galaxy, we maintain a total compensation philosophy which consists of a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and equity incentives.

Base Salary Range$90,000—$110,000 USD
