Responsibilities

• Responsible for the construction of the tagging system (including content classification system, author tags, user attribute tags, etc.)
• Responsible for requirements communication, tag definition, quality assessment, bad case attribution analysis, analysis dashboard construction, etc. Assist in supporting business needs decomposition, complete capability promotion, quality assessment, data integration, and application implementation, ensuring the stable online application of the tagging system and outputting tag value in combination with business scenarios;
• Collaborate with C-end product and algorithm colleagues to jointly formulate the tagging construction plan.
• Regularly review the existing tagging system through data analysis, content review, internal and external research, etc.
• Manage the tagging system in layers to improve its stability and scalability, continuously adapt to business needs, iteratively update the tagging system, promote the application of the tagging system at the business level, and achieve business benefits
• Assist in the iteration of algorithm models: Responsible for the formulation of SOPs for the annotation of algorithm model training sets, optimization of personnel training, and assisting in the iterative improvement of model effects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with relevant content tagging internship experience.
• Experience with video/content community products is a plus.
• Experience in tag operations or related products on large content platforms is a plus;
• Familiar with the classification or tagging system of video/graphic platforms, understand clustering algorithms and other related tagging knowledge, and be able to build an advanced tagging system to drive business applications;
• Proficient in SQL and machine learning algorithms; majors in computer science, statistics, or mathematics are a plus.
