BMI covers smart contracts (and soon also stablecoins and centralized services/exchanges) against hacks and exploits. The protocol allows users to provide coverage, decide on policy payouts, share profit, and get compensated for adjudicating claims. Users can purchase protection for their digital assets or provide collateral in digital assets in exchange for a yield. We focus on great product design, pro-community business objectives, and synergy with other web3 innovations.

About the Role:

You’ll be a member of the Marketing & Business team and help scale and grow the Bridge Mutual platform. You’ll drive the adoption of our decentralized Insurance application and be responsible for integrating Bridge Mutual with other Decentralized Finance protocols. You’ll provide feedback to the product and development team. Your north star will ensure Bridge Mutual is the go-to app for no-KYC decentralized insurance.

We are looking for someone who can build and manage multiple relationships with different defi projects and their communities and keep an eye on promising projects on other chains. Our ideal candidate is a crypto fluent individual willing to innovate and use whatever means necessary to grow the platform.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing inbound/outbound partnerships requests: You will be responsible for an influx of business and collaboration opportunities across many verticals (Dexes, Lending protocols, Yield aggregators, and many more).
  2. Lead the brand ambassador program; start by hiring exemplary brand ambassadors who are motivated to drive sales and growth to Bridge Mutual.  Lead group chats and AMAs with the community on discord & Twitter spaces. Reach out to Crypto experts to create round-table discussions on our social media channels.
  3.  Drive the operational cadence of the organization, measure and track critical KPIs, and present to BMI’s executive leadership.
  4. Stay on top of crucial crypto trends and insights within web3 and leverage emerging channels for growth.
  5.  Collaborate with the design team to create and execute BMI’s visual content strategy.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Passionate about crypto and web3 technology.
  2. 2-3 years of experience within the business development field.
  3. Excellent communication skills and an ability to translate complex ideas into pragmatical action points.
  4. Proven track record of driving revenue & growth via partnerships/sales / and business development initiatives.
  5. Ability to conduct a competition analysis and evaluate marketing trends within the industry.
  6. Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
  7. Good to have: Social Media proficiency who can post videos and share tweets across different social media platforms
