The Role

They seek a Community Lead to drive our global community efforts. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll crucially support and grow the community, connecting users, developers, ambassadors, and block producers. This early-stage opportunity lets you shape the project's growth and foster a thriving ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Community Management: Lead community managers and moderators to engage our audience actively.
• Growth Strategy: Develop strategies to widen and deepen community engagement.
• Event Planning: Host events to bolster community connection.
• Feedback Loop: Bridge communication between users and developers to improve products.
• Partnerships: Forge ties with aligned groups to boost brand presence.
• Digital Engagement: Keep online channels updated, mirroring our values and fostering innovation.
• Engagement Analysis: Use data to refine community engagement strategies.
• Ambassador Program: Enhance our ambassador initiative for wider community reach.

Core Skills

• Community Management: Proven experience in growing and engaging international communities, with a knack for strategy and meeting diverse group needs.
• Community Passion: Commitment to creating and sustaining active, inclusive communities.
• Communication: Excellent skills in articulating ideas engagingly across platforms.

Technical Skills

• Social Media: Expertise in using platforms like Discord, X (Twitter), Reddit, and Telegram for community growth.
• Ambassador Leadership: Experience in running ambassador programs to amplify community and brand reach.

Nice to Have

• Multilingual and Experience with incentivized TestNets or global campaigns are bonuses.
