What You’ll Do
As our Community Manager, you’ll be the voice of HyroTrader—building, growing, and nurturing our online presence. Your mission: to inspire traders, cultivate meaningful discussions, and keep our communities thriving.
- Community Growth & Engagement: Build and manage vibrant communities on Reddit, Discord, and Twitter.
- Content Creation: Develop posts, threads, and conversations that educate, inspire, and entertain.
- Community Vibes: Keep discussions positive, inclusive, and aligned with HyroTrader’s values.
- Reputation Management: Monitor sentiment, respond to inquiries, and ensure our brand maintains a stellar reputation.
- Influencer & Partnership Outreach: Network with crypto influencers and partners to expand reach.
- Updates & Insights: Share trading updates, market analysis, and educational content with our community.
What We’re Looking For
- Crypto Passion: Strong knowledge of cryptocurrencies, trading, or DeFi.
- Proven Experience: Previous experience managing communities on Discord, Twitter, Reddit, or similar platforms.
- Strong Communicator: Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Creative Mindset: Ability to craft engaging content and spark meaningful conversations.
- Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup.
- Problem-Solver: You can handle challenges with positivity and a solution-oriented mindset.
