Corporate Paralegal

What You’ll Do:

• Manage firm’s corporate entities, including formation, maintenance and dissolution of entities, preparing corporate filings, and tracking authorized signatories.
• Assist Corporate Secretary in management of public company board of directors and other firm committees, including meeting scheduling, preparing and maintaining charters, resolutions and minutes, D&O questionnaires and other matters.
• Assist in insider and employee share transactions, including documentation to facilitate transactions with transfer agent and public reporting.
• Assist in disclosure documents and responding to regulatory exams and inquiries.
• Assist in tracking agreements, legal invoices and other department matters.
• Such other activities as may be assigned by the Deputy General Counsel.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of relevant experience as a corporate paralegal from a law firm or in-house legal team
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience with corporate governance and subsidiary management a plus
• Collaborative team member with excellent research, written, and communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a “no task is too small” mentality
• Demonstrated understanding of handling confidential matters
• Bachelor’s degree

The base salary ranges included below will be commensurate with candidate experience, expertise and local market. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise. At Galaxy, we maintain a total compensation philosophy which consists of a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and equity incentives.

Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000
