In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and engagement within the Sei ecosystem across various sectors, including infrastructure, DeFi, NFTs, SocialFi, and gaming. You will work closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns that align with Sei’s strategic goals and foster a thriving community around Sei.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute efficient and effective marketing strategies and campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across the Sei ecosystem.
• Build and nurture relationships with ecosystem teams to understand their needs and help them succeed within the Sei ecosystem.
• Evangelize Sei’s value proposition to new and existing users through a variety of channels, including social media, community platforms, and industry events.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, design, business development) to ensure cohesive messaging and successful product launches.
• Analyze and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
• Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers in the blockchain and crypto space to expand Sei’s reach and community impact.
• Process driven: understanding a typical growth life cycle of a team, and problem solve for effective marketing hacks which increase their presence in the Sei ecosystem and beyond.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in ecosystem or growth marketing, with a strong understanding of blockchain technology, particularly EVM-compatible chains.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the blockchain or related technology sectors.
• Experience in managing lead generation, nurturing campaigns, optimizing performance, and achieving meaningful conversion metrics and ROI.
• Passion for staying updated with the latest trends and developments in the blockchain ecosystem.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize marketing initiatives based on business goals and market trends.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and be a relentless, community-first advocate for Sei.
