Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the overall Lympo product strategy and make decisions about the product direction based on community, partners, business, technical requirements, user needs, and feedback
• Oversee Lympo projects that are highly technical & cross-functional;
• Work cross-functionally with different teams to ensure the set goals and execution of release schedules for product initiatives
• Manage requirements of documentation, milestone mapping, prioritization, and communication to facilitate project collaboration & executive readouts
• Define detailed use cases for the team, design, and ship high-quality product improvements, and present to stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and leaders of the creative team to assess the feasibility and soundness of designs and implement elegant user experiences with responsive interfaces
• Act as representative of Product Team, and work closely with CEO and representatives of Marketing, Partnership Athletes, Operations, and Tokens team.

Skills and Abilities:

• Interest in Blockchain technology and perfect understanding of the crypto market, NFTs, and various protocols
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive goal alignment
• Ability to leverage data to inform and support critical decisions and make recommendations
• Prior experience working with projects on a global scale
• Excellent English writing skills and verbal communication skills
• A self-starter and a strategic thinker, innovative, self-driven, and open to new ideas
• Interest in sports is a plus.

Working experience:

• 5+ years of product development experience 
• Strong competency in product management methodologies
• Experience developing features from conception to launch, managing execution, and delivering high-quality products
• Experience and knowledge in Web3, including things like smart contracts, tokens, and cryptocurrency as a whole
• Experience hiring, managing, and leading cross-functional team projects with competing priorities and stakeholders
• Proficient knowledge in process mapping and other process analysis techniques as well as systems implementation and development lifecycles
• Knowledge of various IT processes, to effectively discuss and strategize on solutions with IT teams
• Experience with payment technologies/fintech is a plus.
