In 2025, weāre expanding our global footprint and building regional teams to drive market share in key areas.
Weāre looking for a visionary leader to head the APAC region, owning the strategy and management of a local team focused on direct sales and partnerships.
Youāll have everything you need to succeed: a dedicated team of 6, your own marketing and PR budget, and support from the best product team in the business to dominate your region.

You will š
- Lead strategic growth and performance across APAC, owning regional sales, revenue, and market share while reporting directly to the CCO
- Build and scale high-performing sales and partnerships teams
- Oversee and optimize regional budget allocation
- Strengthen and grow relationships with existing clients
- Drive the acquisition of key strategic clients and partners
- Manage the regional marketing budget and shape marketing activities directly
- Enjoy full freedom to propose new ideas and secure investment to bring them to life
You have š¤
- Based in Singapore or Hong Kong full-time
- 5+ years of leadership experience in sales or partnerships
- At least 2 years working in the crypto space
- Proven success in B2B enterprise sales
- Hands-on experience hiring, onboarding, and managing direct sales or channel partnerships teams
- Fluent in Chinese and English
