The teamxStocks is Kraken’s tokenized equities platform – we are building core market infrastructure for a new category: globally accessible, onchain equities. The market is early. The demand is real. The surface area is enormous.

Unlike point solutions, xStocks combines issuance, custody, compliance, trading infrastructure, and distribution into a single integrated stack. It is a vertically integrated financial infrastructure layer enabling exchanges, fintechs, brokers, and regional operators to offer tokenized equities at scale. This allows partners to move faster, reduce operational complexity, and launch globally competitive products without rebuilding core rails.

As adoption accelerates, we are building a scalable B2B go-to-market engine to power the next phase of expansion. As Head of Sales at xStocks, you will own the global go-to-market for Kraken’s tokenized equities infrastructure business. This is a builder role. You will design and scale a repeatable B2B revenue engine across enterprise partnerships and scaled distribution, reducing founder-led dependency. You will lead Sales and BD teams and expand xStocks global footprint.

The Opportunity

  • Define and execute the global GTM strategy across enterprise, mid-market, and builders segments including Banks, Wealth Managers, Centralized Exchanges and DeFi

  • Build a dual-motion engine:

    • Self-serve SaaS like to sales-assisted onboarding for SMB, mid-market partners and builders

    • High-touch enterprise partnerships with complex commercial structures

  • Position xStocks as the preferred infrastructure platform for tokenized equities

  • Standardize pricing, revenue-share models, and commercial frameworks

  • Scale distribution across exchanges, fintech platforms, brokers, and regional operators

  • Lead full partnership lifecycle from strategy and negotiation through launch and expansion

  • Build and scale a high-performing global Sales, BD, and Ecosystem organization

  • Implement forecasting rigor, pipeline discipline, and performance management

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to align commercial strategy with infrastructure and regulatory requirements

Skills You Should HODL

  • 10+ years of experience building and scaling B2B SaaS or infrastructure businesses within fintech, crypto, or API-first platforms

  • Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and executive presence

  • Experience selling into international exchanges, FinTechs, brokers, or financial institutions

  • Experience building and leading high-performing global teams

  • International experience required

  • Deep expertise structuring revenue-share and platform economics agreements

  • Deep passion for crypto and the future of financial market infrastructure
