We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media and Marketing Director to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for our go-to-market efforts, assist in fundraising activities, and manage our social media presence. You will collaborate closely with our community moderators and business development team to enhance the community-facing aspect of our project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan that aligns with Ursa Finance’s goals and objectives. This includes market research, identifying target audiences, and creating effective marketing campaigns.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
- Fundraising Support: Assist in fundraising efforts by creating compelling marketing materials, pitch decks, and presentations. Engage with potential investors and stakeholders to communicate Ursa Finance’s vision and value proposition.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage all social media channels, including Twitter, Discord, and Telegram. Develop engaging content, manage community interactions, and grow our social media presence.
- Community Engagement: Work closely with community moderators to build and nurture a vibrant and engaged community. Develop strategies to increase community participation and loyalty.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the business development team to identify partnership opportunities and enhance brand visibility. Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media activities. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing or social media management role, preferably in the blockchain or DeFi space.
- Strong understanding of Web 3.0, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, including Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
- Experience with fundraising and investor relations is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
