Youâll be expected to help Gulf Binance tell the story in a culturally relevant, accurate & consistent way in Thailand, building trust and reputation in our community as well as those new to blockchain and crypto.
Responsibilities:
- Own marketing metrics to drive growth in Thailand. Be the go-to person for high-level as well as operational insights into markets
- Lead affiliate program design and optimizationÂ
- Lead social strategy and optimization in Thailand, ensuring visibility on creative and content
- Flag key market & competitor movements to stakeholders and leadership
- Streamline local workflows to maximize efficiencies
- Drive quarterly marketing strategy, OKRs and accountability tracking
- Ensure local events are executed to our standards and meeting CSAT goals
- Design and execute integrated campaigns, starting with strategy, brief and working on executing, measuring performance and reporting on effectiveness
- Lead insight-driven tests/experiments in market, whether on lifecycle, social or paid channels in order to drive growth or engagement
- VERY IMPORTANT: All marketing activities in Thailand need to comply with rules and regulation of the Thai SEC. Therefore the marketing lead needs to understand the detailed rules and implement all marketing activities accordingly
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of proven success in a similar role
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-moving environment often with uncertainty
- Background in marketing, including large scale integrated campaigns, brand building and team management (remote team management experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of Thai market
- Previous experience in social media management, affiliate programs, events and influencer management a BIG plus
- Native fluency in Thai and fluent in both written and verbal English
- Effective communicator, able to represent Binance to external stakeholdersUser-focused, data-driven approach to decision making
- Able to conceptualize and manage integrated campaigns, using both in-house resources and agency partners
- Functional Understanding of social media and paid channels data analyticsÂ
- Entrepreneurial self-starter, high sense of ownership, able to drive agendas and execute with minimal guidance or supervision
- Additional experience in business development, partnership, government relations, strategy, startup, venture building, management consulting, or actual entrepreneurial experience is a plus
- Background or interest in the fintech and crypto space preferred
