🪢 NFT Community/BD Manager Rockstar (US-based)

We are looking for

We're looking for a passionate and thoughtful US-based Community Manager to build and grow enthusiast community around our NFT project; expand brand awareness in NFT/Crypto hubs in North America.   This is a cross-functional role where you will work together with multiple teams on a day-to-day basis.

• As a Community/BD Manger, you are a people person.

• You can develop and execute on a robust community engagement and growth strategy by setting up the systems and processes to ensure successful community building and participation

• You have capability and skill to manage the Project’s community and participate in/organise community events to build up the Project’s community presence with the aim to increase positive engagement, community acquisition and growth

• Managing and growing a healthy community across our social channels including Discord, Telegram & Twitter etc. is a piece of cake for you

• You enjoy planning and executing online campaigns and IRL events

• If you know exactly how to grow presence for the project in Miami, LA, NYC areas.

• You can be systematic about recording complaints/concerns/feedbacks of the members, and addressing them

• Analysing community operations data and formulate tactics to ensure sound growth rate, activation rate, and conversion rate of users is your bread and butter.

• Providing weekly & monthly reports to the CMO is something you do on auto-pilot.

• You are self-disciplined enough to work in a decentralized environment, with teammates from different time zones

• You are able to connect with people with different cultural backgrounds.

Desirable Experience

• Knowledge of NFTs and NFT marketplaces on Ethereum

• Knowledge of Anime / Manga culture

• Working with marketing agencies, or remote teams
