The Telos Network is a third generation blockchain network, supporting C++ and solidty based applications. Telos has native eos.io based blockchain and an EVM solution, both which offer high throughput and low fees.
The Product Manager / Product Owner is responsible for the product definition, planning and execution of product initiatives for the assigned services. This role manages the Product Lifecycle of Telos initiatives and assures their success and acceptance throughout the blockchain.
The main focus of this role is the identification and prioritization of product and user / community requirements and definition of product visions, that ensure a fit to the company’s overall strategy and goals. Working closely with the various, global development teams the Product Manager / Product Owner brings them to live and ensures continuous evolution.
Close cooperation with our partners, business development, marketing and support is key to guarantee that user satisfaction goals are met.
The Product Manager / Product Owner is expected to:
- Develop visions and requirements, that deliver market leading innovative products that enrich our roadmap and secure a prospering Telos community
- Develop User Stories and Use Cases that build the foundation for Business Cases, that convince Community and Steering Committees
- Assure a professional requirements management, detailed product specifications and prioritization as basis for a efficient development process
- Provide required technical information and briefings for our marketing team, community and support to assure optimal internal and external communication
- Bridge and support our Community, Business Development, dAPPs, Core Development and Telos Foundation to assure success of our products
- Assure required User Acceptance Tests, Beta-Programs and quality of the products in charge
- Research and understand the broader cryptocurrency / blockchain ecosystem, especially in relation to competing blockchain networks (Example: Fantom, Solana or Terra)
- Represent Telos on various occasions, such as AMAs, Trade Shows or Streams
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Manager (advantageous in crypto space)
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Technical background, with experience in blockchain advantageous
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to guide cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
