Job Summary:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate is deeply entrenched in the cryptocurrency and Web3 communities, understands the nuances of the digital finance world, and can communicate complex ideas in simple, engaging ways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy, focusing on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, as well as emerging platforms relevant to the crypto and Web3 communities.
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news), driving community engagement and growth.
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to create cohesive and engaging branding and messaging across all platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, developments, and technologies, especially within the cryptocurrency and Web3 spaces.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
  • Analyze the performance of social media campaigns and the overall social presence to continually improve strategies and tactics.


  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
  • Extensive knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the Web3 space.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
  • Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals and communities.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret and report on performance metrics.
  • A strong sense of ethics and understanding of the legal considerations in social media communications within the finance and technology sectors.
