Web3 Business Development Specialist

We’re looking for a Web3-native Business Development Specialist to help us source and qualify high-quality leads within the Web3 ecosystem.

This person should already be deeply connected in Web3 — someone who knows founders, operators, and projects firsthand, and can open doors through existing relationships. Your main responsibility will be to find and introduce qualified leads who are a strong fit for our services.

This is a relationship-driven BD role for someone who already has credibility and a network in Web3.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and qualify new projects, founders, and teams aligned with our target profile.
  • Use your existing Web3 network to identify and connect with potential clients.
  • Make warm introductions and help us establish initial conversations.
  • Stay up to date on the latest launches, trends, and ecosystem developments to spot opportunities early.
  • Coordinate lightly with our internal team to ensure a smooth handoff for the closing process.

Who You Are

  • Deeply involved in the Web3 ecosystem — active on X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, or in DAOs.
  • Have a strong network of founders, builders, and operators across Web3.
  • Understand the nuances of different Web3 sectors (DeFi, NFTs, L2s, infra, gaming, etc.).
  • A natural connector and communicator who enjoys making introductions.
  • Independent and proactive — able to identify opportunities without heavy direction.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in BD, partnerships, or community growth.
