However, the current digital asset industry is in the process of being structured and regulated.At Waltio, we believe Web3 needs structured data and compliance tools for global adoption. We are on a mission to unleash web 3 potential, by providing trust and accountability.  

Since 2019, we have been building a SaaS consumer app. Today, more than 25 000 Europeans track their portfolios with Waltio and report taxes. Our goal is to further help individuals in tracking and managing their portfolio of digital assets.

In early 2023, Waltio launched its activities in Spain and gained its first hundreds of users. We want to go to the next level with one person responsible for the development of the business in Spain.

As the Country Ambassador for Spain, you will be responsible for the “Growth” execution in Spain. You'll be the face of our company to the community, promoting our tax software and ensuring a smooth entry into the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development :
    • Explore partnerships with Web3 startups, Fintech, or tax advisor that align with our mission and goals.
  • Community Engagement :
    • Build and manage local online communities to foster engagement and user interaction through regular communication, including calendars and social media posts. It includes content production, moderation and animation of the pages.
    • Monitor community feedback and insights to continuously improve user experience.
    • Plan and organize community events and initiatives.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Monitor the performance of your actions and use analytics tools employed by Waltio to track and analyze engagement metrics, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the Marketing & Growth team to ensure alignment with marketing and Growth goals and actions.
    • Working closely with the Care Team to provide excellent customer support to address user inquiries and feedback, fostering a positive user experience.

Qualifications:

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position, particularly related to community management.
  • You enjoy the digital asset/crypto world.
  • You have strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to the audience.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want to work in a start-up with high ambition. 
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are quickly autonomous.
  • You are fluent in Spanish and English and experienced living and working in Spain.
