Our Team

Valory is the team you’d be joining, working on Olas (the open-source technology governed by the Olas DAO). Valory is VC-backed team of engineers, researchers and commercial executors that raised its own successful Seed round and co-created Olas, executing a successful public token launch and subsequent $13.8m raise for the Olas DAO. The Role

You are a product manager with at least 4 years of experience, passionate about emerging technologies, particularly AI agents and crypto. You have experience shipping successful Apps or dApps, with solid product management skills and thrive in a fast-moving startup environment. You are keen to support the growth of our product, Olas Mech Marketplace, which allows users to monetize their AI agents through a first-of-its-kind decentralized marketplace for AI agents - a bazaar where agents can offer their skills, hire other agents’ services, and collaborate autonomously. Main Duties

• Coordinate and manage product releases, ensuring on-time delivery and seamless deployment, including addressing any issues that arise and learning from them.
• Collect, analyze and communicate competitive information; develop market intelligence and identify innovation opportunities.
• Clearly define and document the product and its features, functionality, and user stories.
• Work with engineering, and design to ensure the on-time delivery and release of road-mapped product features, experiments, and changes.
• Understand and master knowledge of user needs, pain points, and behaviour associated with core users of the app services and how the product addresses these through problem-solving and value propositions.
• Monitor, report on, and achieve goals relating to product KPIs.
• Ensure the quality implementation of new product features, product experiments, and product changes through verification and validation testing.

Requirements

• Ability to work in line with our values.
• 4+ years experience in product management.
• Strong understanding of crypto OR AI OR prior experience working with a crypto/AI company.
• Experience coordinating teams, distilling clear priorities from complex products.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience in conducting research on competing products, user research, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and using insights to inform product decisions.
• Experience overseeing the design, development, and analysis of product features relating to a crypto app.
• Direct experience working with front-end engineers and UI/UX designers.
• Bonus: Familiarity with tokenomics or incentive mechanisms for marketplaces.
• Bonus: Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or A2A (Agent to Agent) protocol
• Strong preference for timezones between UTC -2 to UTC +6.
