Remote Community Moderator

Near Foundation is hiring for a Community Moderator Intern. NEAR has the reputation of creating and nurturing a warm, welcoming and inclusive community. Community Moderators usually act as the first touch point to the NEAR ecosystem and play a vital role in ensuring that the NEAR community is thriving and healthy by offering a safe and inclusive space online. In the next 6 months, we want you to moderate channels, engage with the community, convey community feedback to the NEAR Foundation, and constantly improve the overall experience for the NEAR community across online channels. 
You Will: 
<ul>
<li>Assist in providing extensive coverage on Telegram, Discord, Forum, NEAR BOS &amp; Reddit</li>
<li>Maximize retention and reduce churn</li>
<li>Maintain and improve engagement on channels</li>
<li>Improve channel NPS surveys/SOCI/CSAT scores</li>
<li>Constantly find new ways to refine and improve community experience</li>
<li>Build a sense of community(SOCI) and facilitate the process of people helping each other</li>
</ul>
You Have:
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with platforms like Telegram/Discord/Discourse/Reddit and tools that can be used to manage them efficiently</li>
<li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills, and a proactive approach</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Web3 terms and technology</li>
<li>Great knowledge of online communities and cool under pressure</li>

Community Intern

The Responsibilities:
 Strategize, create, and execute our crypto marketing strategies.
Creation of marketing collaterals and campaign materials/assets.
Reach out to investors who need business or personal loans.
Work closely with trading and operations teams to successfully onboard new Investors.
Work closely with the Marketing team to understand new products/initiatives and upcoming launches while promoting them to your vast network
 Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Keep the community engaged with meaningful and well timed content
 Develop a feasible community operations plan, deploy growth experiments, and in charge of day-to-day implementation.
Onboard new community members and investors, coordinate and guide them through investing, workshops, and hackathons.
Maintain and promote a vibrant community culture.
Contribute ideas and effort to our content, community growth strategies.&nbsp;

Commission based Sales Agent

*** Must be a Vietnamese who understand Vietnam Marketing (iGaming-online crypto casino very well)

● Develop new social media strategies and campaigns
● Identifying potential new affiliate partners within the premium mass value
market, creating &amp; building an industry leading affiliate program for our brand
● Media Buying PPC advertising on via search channels and some other networks
● Oversee the Community strategy for the brand including promotions across social
media platforms
● Google Analytics management including set up, optimization and reporting
● Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts, influencer
marketing plans and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
● Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess
against goals (ROI and KPIs)
● Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the
insights
● Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user
experience
● Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience
across multiple channels and customer touch points
● Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Requirements:
● 3+ years of work experience managing an iGaming community, marketing, and
affiliate marketing (iGaming or Cryptocurrency)
● Extensive experience in social web outreach, proficiency with native social media
platforms and analytics.
● Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight,
Omniture, WebTrends)
● Ability to prioritize a high number of tasks.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage while collaborating and supporting moderation in our Discord and Telegram</li>
<li>Collaborate with various departments to improve moderation as a whole, establish best practices, standard operating procedures, etc. and improve on documentation/processes/practices as needed</li>
<li>Track and analyze moderation reports to understand the health of the community, then share these reports with the Community Manager</li>
<li>Collaborate with Marketing, Community, etc. on community communication, public documentation, etc. for community moderation actions, address toxicity/harassment concerns, and more</li>
<li>Liaise with internal teams to manage information and feedback flow</li>
<li>Triage and respond to questions or concerns regarding moderation in a variety of spaces (Discord, Telegram, Reddit, etc.)</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Community to address and respond to safety concerns as needed</li>
</ul>
Skills and requirements:
<ul>
<li>1+ year of experience in the blockchain industry</li>
<li>Ability to moderate during 1:00 pm UTC - 9:00 pm UTC</li>
<li>Knowledge of Discord</li>
<li>Excellent communication and writing skills (English required, other languages a plus)</li>
<li>Passion for blockchain, web3 technologies, and decentralized applications.</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure</li>

Community Moderator

As our Social Media Manager you will be responsible for two of our core marketing activities - Social Media Management and Community Management.&nbsp;
In this role you will be creating and implementing the social media strategy together with growing our community engagement through best in class content.
You are the voice of the company and you will be responsible for our brand communications across all social media platforms. In this role we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies, a social media expert and for you to know about and stay up to date with the latest crypto trends.&nbsp;
