Reporting directly to the CEO, you will serve as a strategic partner and executor, responsible for building, improving, and scaling projects and processes effectively. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the founder, influencing high-impact initiatives across all portfolios while contributing to the broader organizational framework.Why Do This:This role offers a deep dive into the operational dynamics of a dynamic startup environment. • Build and optimize processes to enhance team productivity and facilitate scalable growth.
• Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
• Drive strategic growth initiatives and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, anticipating future opportunities and challenges.
• Take on projects and responsibilities delegated by the CEO, ranging from financial analysis to investor relations.
• Serve as a liaison between various teams and stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Example Projects:

• Leading an internal planning cycle to align teams and resources.
• Owning initiatives such as orchestrating a new course launch or partnership.
• Designing financial models for future expansions or acquisitions.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5 to 7+ years of experience in a similar role with a track record of team management and project leadership.
• Strong background in startup environments or web3 technology is a plus.
• Excellent communicator with exceptional verbal and written skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and address loopholes in processes and projects.
• Proven ability to zoom in on atomic-level details while also developing high-level strategic plans.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, uncertain environment.
