Responsibilities: Guide financial institutions and fintechs through seamless onboarding and integration. Build secure, scalable deployment pathways that bridge legacy and modern systems. Provide hands-on support: troubleshoot, fix, and build solutions alongside client teams. Collaborate with sales on technical proposals, demos, and RFP responses. Maintain and improve technical documentation and developer guides. Gather client feedback and translate insights into product and API improvements. Represent Dfns at conferences, workshops, and customer meetings. Requirements: 10+ years in solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, enterprise integration. Track record of helping institutions or enterprises deploy mission-critical systems. Strong in TypeScript (or similar languages) with proven API experience (REST). Deep knowledge of cloud (AWS; GCP/Azure/Thales a plus), microservices, and serverless. Skilled in troubleshooting complex issues and delivering under pressure.
