About Us
Starke Finance is building a next-generation portfolio Management Platform within the Solana ecosystem. The Role
This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to create and lead our marketing strategy from the ground up. As the Marketing Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Starke’s public perception, overseeing end-to-end campaigns, and building a recognizable brand that aligns with our vision. You’ll work directly with the C-suite to define our marketing roadmap and execute strategies that enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

What You’ll Do
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to Starke’s target audience and business objectives.
- Collaborate with the C-suite to identify key goals and align marketing initiatives with platform milestones.
Brand Development:
- Build and refine our brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistency and appeal to crypto enthusiasts, DeFi users, and financial professionals.
- Create compelling copy for landing pages, platform communications, and external marketing materials.
Social Media & Campaign Management:
- Design, execute, and manage innovative multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Oversee Starke’s presence on platforms like Twitter, Discord, LinkedIn, and Telegram, ensuring active engagement with the community.
- Work with influencers and livestreamers to promote the platform and its features.
Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze campaign metrics to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Partnerships & Affiliates:
- Source and connect with affiliates and partnerships to expand Starke’s reach and credibility.
- Foster relationships with influencers and media outlets within the crypto and DeFi space.

- Familiarity with the Solana ecosystem and DeFi platforms is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in executing data-driven marketing campaigns.
