As a Go-to-Market Engineer at Privy, you will be the primary technical owner for Privy’s business and go-to-market operations. You’ll work closely with customers to launch new partnerships and products built with Privy: you’ll support their integration experience with Privy, drive product work given feedback or questions, and power Privy’s product and business engine. Building Privy’s business is deeply technical work, and you’ll be the reason why customers love Privy. 

Customer obsession is a core part of Privy’s culture. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and GTM on a daily basis to ensure Privy customers feel supported and enthusiastic about their integration experience. 

As a Go-to-Market Engineer at Privy, you will…

• Be the primary technical owner for Privy customers including OpenSea, Blackbird, Zora, Friend.Tech, and more. You are a champion for customer success.

• Advise customers on recommended integration shape and answer technical questions

• Dive into customer code to learn how they use Privy and understand any issues/friction they may experience

• Advocate for customers within our organization, including driving a resolution to customer issues and identifying broader opportunities for product improvement

• Collaborate with GTM on designing sales strategies for potential customers based off of their product requirements and Privy’s technical capabilities

You may be a fit for this role if you have...

• Strong production software engineering experience

• A deep sense of urgency for your work and an ownership mentality

• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders, including distilling complex technical concepts and providing confident recommendations

• A passion for handling ambiguity and picking up new technologies, frameworks, and tools

Bonus points if you have...

• Have written open-source developer tooling

• Have managed end-to-end projects across product, engineering, and GTM

• Published about your work (code, presentations, papers, blog posts, etc.)

• Past experience building web3 applications
