Web3 Compliance Customer Support Jobs

At Deblock, you’ll be joining a high performing, multi disciplinary team shaping the future of financial services, and having a lot of fun while doing it. We're looking for Customer Support Specialists to joing us. Interested?

• Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate support to customers through chat and email
• Troubleshoot product questions, account issues, payments, and general inquiries
• Follow internal procedures to ensure compliance, safety, and customer protection
• Work in rotating shifts, including occasional weekends, to support our European customer base
• Represent the voice of the customer internally, helping shape future improvements

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and a problem solving mindset
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including some weekends and evenings)
• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn about fintech, payments, and crypto
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus
• Eligibility to work as a Freelancer (12 month services contract)
